Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications:
- Willingness to spend first few months in operations to understand our operations, capabilities and overall "How we do things".
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of software or technical sales is preferred
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
