*Overview:*
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee all front desk operations, manage the staff on your shift, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. You will be the face of our resort, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism from check-in to check-out.
*Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and lead the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest services.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments to meet guest needs promptly.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- If filling in for the Night auditor you will need to conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area for guests' comfort.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
- Implement strategies to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent communication abilities with proficiency in phone etiquette.
- Ability to perform night audit duties when required.
- Multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
- Knowledge of resort operations and front desk procedures.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
