WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNT MANAGER (PART-TIME)


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing & Client Support:


  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and content platforms
  • Create and optimize paid social media campaigns
  • Manage SEO/SEM initiatives and track digital KPIs
  • Monitor digital advertising performance and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Draft marketing content and campaign timelines


PR & Content Strategy:


  • Develop content strategies aligned with digital marketing goals
  • Create engaging content for multiple digital channels
  • Manage social media communities and engage with audiences
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns


Analytics & Reporting:


  • Generate comprehensive digital marketing performance reports
  • Track and analyze metrics across all digital channels
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Monitor competitor digital presence and market trends


Team Collaboration:


  • Work with internal teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
  • Support franchise partners with digital marketing initiatives
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed


Required Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on social media marketing and paid advertising
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with major social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Additional Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with franchise businesses or multi-location brands
  • Knowledge of franchise marketing compliance and regulations
  • Familiarity with local digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of franchise business models and marketing needs


Work Environment:


  • Hybrid position with 2 days in Chicago office
  • 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Hours may vary based on client needs and campaign timelines
  • Must be responsive to client communications outside standard hours
  • Professional home office setup required for remote work
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment necessary for virtual client meetings
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection essential
  • Time tracking required for client billing purposes


Compensation:


  • Hourly rate: $30-45 per hour, based on experience and digital marketing expertise


Equipment:

  • Must provide your own computer with reliable internet for video/phone calls
  • $1,000 annual stipend (prorated for part-time) for computer, internet, and phone use
