Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR functions / regulations and ability to juggle the day to day administrative demands along with managing all company HR activities.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
Develop training programs to support employee development and career progression.
Collaborate with management on budgeting for HR initiatives and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.
Experience
Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field of study.
3-5 years demonstrated experience in HR Management / Leadership role.
5-7 years broad based HR experience.
Strong knowledge of performance management systems and strategic planning processes.
