The Position:
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows/ Workflows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce permissions, sharing rules, and security settings.
- Support both Salesforce Lightning and Classic environments.
- Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
- Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work with APIs, JSON, and XML for data exchange between systems.
- Utilize programming skills in C# and/or Java for external application integration.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adept at identifying issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing efficient solutions.
- Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce Development
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning and classic frameworks
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows/ Workflows and permissions and sharing
- Experience with front-end and back-end programming languages such as C# and/or Java, and JavaScript
- Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- "Salesforce Developer 2" and "Salesforce Advanced Administrator" certifications are a plus.
- Salesforce Mobile app configuration and optimization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Admin tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra).
- Experience with MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, GIT, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

This is a work-from-home position anywhere in the US.
