Fiber Optic OSP Construction Field Supervisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field technicians and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The Field Supervisor will be based on construction sites and will be required to climb to heights of up to 20 feet to inspect work. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical construction and be familiar with low-voltage systems. They will also be skilled in operating forklifts and have experience with WAN infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise a team of field technicians to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget. - Oversee and inspect electrical construction projects to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. - Perform routine inspections of low-voltage systems and report any issues or defects. - Operate forklifts to transport materials and equipment around the construction site. - Ensure that all field technicians are trained and certified in the use of fiber splicing equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WAN infrastructure. - Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with IT infrastructure and field service standards. - Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard. - Utilize a telephone to stay in touch with team members and management during the day. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Field Supervisor in the electrical construction industry. - Knowledge of low-voltage systems and WAN infrastructure. - Ability to climb to heights of up to 20 feet and work at heights. - Experience operating forklifts. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and field service standards. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting. - Valid driver's license. - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
