Job Title: Production Assistant (seasonal/temporary)

Hours & Compensation: 16-20 hours per week at $18/hour
- In-office: Flexible in-office hours with heavy preference for Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM – 5 PM (additional remote hours may be available outside these times)
- Temporary position: Role ends at the end of June 30th, with the possibility of an additional 40 hours during the June Festival (June 18-28)
Position Overview
Mainly Mozart is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented seasonal Production Assistant to support the Production and Artist Services Manager, primarily focusing on the Mainly Mozart All-Star Orchestra June Festival. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with artists and musicians, and excels at administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties to support production and artist services
- Track and manage communication with artists
- Distribute schedules, timelines, and other essential materials to musicians, staff, and relevant personnel
- Assist in coordinating logistics for Mainly Mozart events, with a primary focus on the June Festival
- Ensure accuracy and organization of production-related documents and records
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Personable and able to work well with artists, musicians, and staff
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with administrative tasks and basic project coordination preferred, but not required
