Lead Qualify Assurance Engineer
Mains'l Financial Management Services Inc. is hiring full-time Lead Qualify Assurance Engineer.
Job Duties :
- Lead a team of quality assurance engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices, and foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans, define testing strategies, scope, and objectives for various projects, considering different testing types such as functional, performance, and security testing.
- Lead the execution of test cases, identify defects, and ensure timely and accurate defect tracking and reporting.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, identify opportunities for test automation and work closely with the development team to integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.
- Identify potential risks associated with software releases and propose mitigation strategies, collaborate with project stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on risk assessment.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality assurance processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative testing approaches.
- Effectively communicate testing status, progress, and issues to project stakeholders and management, collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure a clear understanding of quality requirements.
- Take part in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of Quality Assurance Analysts and roles that support software testing with the team and organization.
- Supervise Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers.
- Telecommuting is an option.
Rate of pay : $104,250 - 105,019.20 per year
Job Requirements :
Master's Degree in Information Assurance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
