Mains’l is currently seeking an FMS Manager to oversee our Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Program. This person will play a crucial role in leading our CFSS program by educating others on the CFSS program while promoting self-direction.
Salary: Starting at $55,931.20 annually
Work schedule: Remote/Hybrid- there will be in office training, work time, and meetings that are in person

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to participants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with participants and case managers to manage service budgets efficiently.
- Enhance program policies and procedures and successfully enrolling and educating new participants.
- Educate current program participants on the CFSS program while promoting self-direction as a brand ambassador for Mains’l.
- Conduct data entry and review of payable invoices and payroll processes.
- Manage employer, employee, and vendor paperwork on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain strong relationships through effective non-face-to-face communication.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with database technology is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
