Mains'l Services is currently hiring a Community Support Manager . As a Community Support Manager, you will be part of a leadership trio. You'll lead a team that supports others with daily activities in their own homes, communities, and within relationships. This is a fun and unique opportunity for those interested in supporting others while gaining skills and knowledge through ongoing growth.

The Day-to-Day :
- Support the individuals you work with through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling (may include transportation, cooking, and participating in wellness routines).
- Collaborate with the individuals you support, your co-workers, and your supervisor to problem-solve and create a positive culture.
- Communicate clearly and accurately, both in documentation and verbal communication.
- Manage staff scheduling and schedule appointments for those you support.
- Participate in annual paperwork, support planning, and building person-centered plans.
- Gain personal and professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Support others in realizing their hopes and dreams.
- Having fun!
Location : Edina, MN
Shift : Days with every other weekend
Wage : $23.00 per hour
