Your focus will be to enhance operational efficiency, streamline financial tracking, and provide innovative, sustainable supports for people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams to develop processes in partnership with service leaders. Support regional directors to customize supports and secure accurate contracts.
- CRS Rate and Contract Management:
- Contract Management: Oversee CRS 6790 submissions, budgeting, and contract renewals. Support accurate contract tracking processes and assist with CRS budget planning and financial analysis.
- Rate Exception Request Forms (RERF): Partner with regional directors to manage rate exceptions. Develop processes for rate adjustments, service costing, and budgeting tools to support decision-making.
- Project Management: Coordinate action plans based on financial data. Conduct trend analysis and implement solutions for underperforming programs. Support implementation processes for training and wages related to rate exceptions.
- Housing Support: Redesign systems for tracking MA renewals, housing support, and room and board balances.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in contract management, financial analysis, or program coordination.
- Knowledge of CRS/HCBS (245D), person-centered practices, positive supports, trauma-informed care, and DWRS.
- Organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in financial tools.
