This position involves assessing the needs of each girl and coordinating a wide range of services to support their emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth. Ensuring they receive the appropriate interventions and resources along with adjusting support to the girl’s ongoing development.
In this role, you will work alongside Direct Support Professionals, supporting girls ages 13-18 in their daily activities. The girls are very active in the community and enjoy going to the library, mall, and humane society. They also enjoy arts, crafts, sports, movies, and playing games. You’ll find this team to be supportive, flexible, and diverse. As the Support Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Program Manager and Direct Support Professionals to achieve goals while providing person-centered care.
Location: St. Cloud, MN
Shift: Full-Time Afternoon, Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri 3:30-10pm, Every other Sat/Sun 3:30-10pm
Wage: $18.54/hr

Job Responsibilities
- Meal planning
- Grocery shopping
- Budgeting and balancing bills for home
- Scheduling and taking individuals to doctor’s appointments
- Coaching and collaboration with the team
- Provide supports consistent with what is needed for the person and authorized for Mains’l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral and mental health crisis, coaching through difficult situations, etc.)
- Support with behavior management and intervention; including de-escalation and using positive reinforcement techniques
- Managing and administering medications
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team on service plans
- Document on service plans as instructed, ensuring accurate records for ongoing support
- Complete incident reports
- Ensure a safe and structured environment
- Assisting in scheduling, coaching, and training of Direct Support Professionals
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid MN driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with valid insurance
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
- 1 Years of DSP or Similar Experience
- 1 year of Supervisory Experience Preferred
