About the Role
We're are looking to hire a Director Of Operations to execute the Team's day-to-day operations and be the "Right Hand" to the Head of the Operator Network. This role requires a person who is able to execute a plan based on a Mission-Driven strategy and vision. This person will have a passion for Leading Teams, effectively building processes, streamlining operations and implementing systems that achieve results. As we develop America's premier SMB Community, we are looking for a builder who executes with an ecosystem and "end-to-end" approach in mind. Whether its content, Operator success, development or growth, each of these lines of effort must be in sync and pointed in the same direction.
This person will report directly to the Head of The Operator Network and should also possess the traits of a "Chief of Staff. Being a strategic thought-Leader to the Head of the Operator Network, is imperative. The ability to understand the vision, test, execute and productize methods will allow us to help as many aspiring Owner-Operators as possible : The future of America depends on it.
