About the Role
A key enabler of Mainspring's mission is the ability of its team to develop and execute on key growth strategies required to substantially grow sales as the economy electrifies. Critical to such growth is partnerships with Utilities, Municipalities, and Co-Ops. This includes developing the required strategies and executing high total-contract-value transactions with these customers.
Responsibilities
- Leverage cross-functional teams and perform research and analysis to develop engagement strategies and business plans around high total contract value deals.
- Navigate complex partner relationships through collaboration, term sheet negotiations, and close.
- Elevate Mainspring product lines by collaborating with the product team to apply lessons learned from strategy development and partner engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees (MBA, PhD, JD, etc.) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate market research into well-articulated strategy approved by investors, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Comprehensive command of project finance concepts (IRR, NPV, pre-tax vs. after-tax, etc.).
- Proven understanding of customer/partner business drivers and the ability to translate them into executable strategies.
