Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of components and supporting the Customs brokerage process for both import and export activities. You will also handle same-day urgent shipping requests and ensure seamless support for the demands of the clear-to-build schedule.

New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of components and supporting the Customs brokerage process for both import and export activities. You will also handle same-day urgent shipping requests and ensure seamless support for the demands of the clear-to-build schedule.
- Efficiently manage the flow of components to meet production and project timelines
- Facilitate and support Customs brokerage processes for both import and export shipments,
- Handle and prioritize same-day urgent shipping requests, coordinating with relevant
- Continuously optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely clear-to-build schedule, aligning logistics operations with production needs
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively address any potential issues to avoid delays
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Approximately 2 years in logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of Customs regulations and experience with import and export processes.
- Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and external
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications
