School-Based Therapist (Elementary Schools)

About Us
Mainspring Wellness is a neighborhood-based mental health practice serving Northern Kentucky through in-person, telehealth, and school-based services.
We are currently hiring licensed therapists to provide on-site therapy to elementary school students in Covington during the 2025–2026 school year and beyond.
Position Summary
As a school-based therapist, you’ll deliver individual therapy to students directly in their school building. You’ll work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support mental health, emotional regulation, and overall student well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to elementary school students
- Coordinate care with teachers, administrators, and families
- Use evidence-based practices in a trauma-informed framework
- Maintain clinical documentation and meet Medicaid billing standards
- Participate in clinical consultation and optional supervision sessions
Qualifications
- Must hold a current KY license: LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, MFTA, or LMFT
- Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the Mainspring team
