Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to senior accounting staff, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. The Treasury Analyst will collaborate with various departments to optimize cash management and enhance financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate accounts receivable, documenting bills, and providing supporting documentation for multiple entities.
- Assist with accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming debt validity, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining organized financial records within QuickBooks.
- Assist in financial reporting, budget tracking, and month-end close processes.
- Assist with wire and ACH transfers
- Preparing quarterly budget reports under the supervision of senior management.
- Analyzing financial statements and preparing balance sheets.
- Performing bank reconciliations and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Assisting with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation.
- Communicating with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, and GAAP.
- Must be an organized, detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Other tasks as assigned

- Pay rate is Based on experience
The schedule is Mon-Fri; 8 am to 5 pm, in office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications (Quickbooks & Sage).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting role.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Basic grasp of accounting
- Experience with payables, collections, and bank reconciliation
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and means of transportation required.
