```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist international guests
- Knowledge of guest relations and guest services best practices
