Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails according to established recipes
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is desirable

Pay: $14.00 - $18.98 per hour
