Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests
- Follow proper safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards and practices is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
