Job Description
We are seeking an energetic individual to fill our Part Time Breakfast Attendant Position. Must have a great personality positive attitude friendly and great communication skills.
This position is a 2 -4 day position .
Hours
Weekdays 5:30-10:30am
Weekend Hours 6am-11am
Our goal at the hotel is to start the guest's day with a smile accompanied by impeccable service
Breakfast host/hostess/attendant. The breakfast attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast, greeting each guest and ensuring that guests are comfortable and satisfied.
What you will be doing
- Checks inventory levels of all items on the buffet and replenishes them as needed
- Maintains the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter and empties trash as needed
- Greets guests in a pleasant and hospitable manner and offers assistance to guests
- Adheres to required service standards
- Ensures that the breakfast bar is visibly staffed at all times
- Provides an adequate amount of all menu items and paper goods at all times
- Create a social environment and communicate with guests
- Maintain Back Kitchen Clean at all times
- Stock all condiments at the end of the shift
- Make sure we keep fresh food at all times
Duties include
· Setting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products
· Preparing and setting up hot food items
· Providing personalized service to all guests
· Setting up and maintaining breakfast as required by brand and health department standards
· Preparing foods such as eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, milks, yogurts and make sure coffee and juice machine are working fine
· · Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
· Follow menu requirements as provided by the brand
· Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
· Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area cabinets and floors

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
