What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rotomold Machine Operator position at Mainstream Engineering?
Position Summary
Due to a rapid expansion of our business, we are seeking a motivated and reliable employee to help us staff our new rotomold machine facility. As a molding technician, you will operate the rotomold machine to strict safety guidelines, producing products to specific standards. Working on a two person team, you will manipulate the molds to exacting standards, measuring contents, making adjustments, using the tooling and equipment necessary to produce acceptable results.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- US Citizenship required due to strict ITAR regulations
- Mechanical aptitude is a must
- Experience with rotomold or molding processes is preferred
- Manual dexterity is a requirement. You must be able to stand, kneel, squat, reach , push, pull, climb and use common hand tools and devices without restriction
- You must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
- Forklift certification is preferred
- You must be able to work overtime to meet production schedule fluctuations

3rd Shift
Pay Rate:
$21/hr base - Up to $25/hr with production incentive
