The primary objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective management of financial resources, analyze financial data, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial success and supporting its overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
- Analyze financial performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability enhancement.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate the completion of audits and tax filings.
- Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, working capital, and financial risk exposure.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-performance.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

- High School Diploma, or equivalent education, required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 7 years) in financial management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in managing financial operations, including cash flow management, working capital, and risk assessment.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools, Excel).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: preparing and maintaining accurate records; operating standard office equipment; utilizing pertinent software applications; and record keeping
- Knowledge required to perform basic math, including calculations using fractions, percent’s, and/or ratios; read technical information, compose a variety of documents, and/or facilitate group discussions; and solve practical problems.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) would be advantageous.
- Technical Accounting background/experience
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
