- Project Management: Lead and organize fiber optic installation projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and top-quality results for FTTH, MDU, SMB, and enterprise customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and lead a talented team of technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. You’ll be the one guiding your team to success, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical support for complex installation issues, leveraging your deep knowledge of fiber optics to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in real-time.
- Quality Control: Conduct site inspections, implement quality control measures, and ensure every installation meets our exacting standards.
- Safety Champion: Be the go-to safety leader—enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and maintain a culture of safety across all installations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, management), providing updates, solving problems, and ensuring smooth execution of each project.
- Budget Management: Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring resources are being utilized effectively while maintaining quality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field (preferred) or High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience in the field and 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects while staying on budget and on time.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a knack for collaborating across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Experience in telecom and fiber optic network installation is a plus!
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills—you’ll be in charge of overcoming obstacles on the fly.
- Adaptability—you’ll need to stay flexible as new challenges arise and lead your team through them.
- Experience working with multi-screen displays and technology platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in both office and field environments.
