SUMMARY
The Market Intelligence Analyst will assess residential and commercial markets to support strategic growth, focusing on both expansion opportunities and competitive landscape analysis. This role involves validating address data, tracking new developments, and providing actionable insights on market and competitor conditions. Working cross-functionally, this position will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions for expansion and competitive positioning.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification : Assess current and potential markets to identify new fiber expansion opportunities, including researching new neighborhood or apartment developments to stay current on growth trends.
- Competitor Analysis : Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market share, competitor presence, and potential challenges in targeted expansion areas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to align market insights and competitive intelligence with strategic business goals.
- Data Integrity and Validation : Validate and enhance address data accuracy within MSFN systems, ensuring reliable data for market analysis.
- Reporting and Insights Generation : Generate and present reports on market trends, potential opportunities, and competitive landscape to support strategic planning for internal teams and executive stakeholders.
- Performance Metrics Tracking : Track customer acquisition rates, penetration levels, and other key performance metrics to optimize market entry and expansion strategies.
- Exploration of New Data Sources : Identify and evaluate new data sources or tools to enhance market and competitive analysis capabilities.
