About the Role :
We are seeking a professional an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Mainstream Fiber Networks team. This position combines talent acquisition expertise with human resources to support the recruitment of top talent and the HR needs of the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on hiring for roles in the telecommunications industry while assisting in all facets of the HR department.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the needs for each role.Craft detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect technical requirements for each role, including necessary skills, experience, and qualifications.Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, networking events, technical communities, and ADP Workforce Now.Review resumes and conduct prescreening interviews to assess the skills and cultural fit for each candidate.Conduct technical interviews utilizing technical assessments to evaluate candidates' ability to solve problems and demonstrate technical proficiency.Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed information on their skills, experience, and potential fit for the role.Responsible for building a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.Stay current on the hiring trends in the telecommunications industry.Support the onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a positive employee experience and transition into the organization.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all labor laws.Maintain employee files to ensure compliance.Collaborate with HR department to support training, career pathing, and retention.Fulfill other assigned tasks as necessary.Key Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of various technical disciplines including software development, data science, network engineering, or cloud computing depending on the role.A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsPost-Application Details :
