Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Lead and support HR initiatives that align with organizational goals in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address urgent and unexpected HR challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with two years of experience in human resource management.
- Proven HR management experience in a fast-paced or high-growth setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a chaotic environment.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
