About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Case Manager to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of experience in child placement.

- Help children thrive in safe home environments by teaching essential skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families.
