Manage and lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs related to the implementation of the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP).
· Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.
· Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution.
· Ensure seamless integration of the platform with client systems, workflows, and processes.
· Collaborate with SEI teams and internal stakeholders to optimize platform capabilities and configurations.
· Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
· Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
· Effectively manage client expectations and address escalations with timely and professional solutions.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program delivery.
· Proactively address issues and challenges to ensure program objectives are met.
