Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team at MainStreet Family Care. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes and exceed the expectations of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, such as colds, flu, and upper respiratory infections.
- Perform minor procedures, including toenail removal and foreign object removal.
- Suture wounds and provide general orthopedic evaluations and management.
- Review x-rays and provide emergency management skills.
- Treat children of all ages and provide occupational medicine services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
- MSN or higher education required.
- DOT certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
