As a Production Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our paving projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. You’ll lead dynamic teams, optimize workflows, enforce safety standards, and deliver top-quality results—on time, every time. With a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our success.
What You’ll Do
Morning Operations Management – Ensure crews are prepared, equipped, and on the road by 6:30 AM. Keep delays to a minimum and operations running smoothly.
Project & Crew Oversight – Conduct daily briefings, assign resources, and visit job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
Strategic Planning – Attend weekly job review meetings, schedule equipment rentals, and plan for seamless execution.
Safety First – Conduct site safety inspections, enforce protocols, and ensure a secure work environment.
Customer Satisfaction – Communicate with clients, manage change orders, and ensure all projects meet expectations.
Equipment & Yard Management – Oversee fleet maintenance, ensure proper equipment usage, and keep work areas organized.
Snow Removal Operations (Seasonal) – Assign crews, oversee operations, and maintain detailed records during snow events.
Training & Development – Work with our Training Manager to develop crews, refine skills, and build a powerhouse team.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3 years of experience managing construction crews (paving experience preferred).
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot challenges and think on your feet.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software (Service Titan experience is a plus!).
✔ A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and team building.
