This role provides administrative support to the Marketing, Sales & Service Departments, collaborating with various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, customer service, and sales reporting, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately enter information into tracking systems to manage orders, shipments, and customer communications.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, route calls to the correct personnel, and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports for weekly staff meetings and other key performance indicators.
- Event Coordination: Assist with trade show planning, RSM/Sales Department travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
- Compliance: Enter and track warranty registrations, IFTA compliance logs, and dealer licenses.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives by offering suggestions and taking initiative in areas of direct control.
