We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team at Maintainer Corp of Iowa. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our Marketing, Sales & Service Departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes. You will also handle customer inquiries, generate reports, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Entry of data into various tracking systems to optimize order processing and shipping efficiency.
• Preparation and dispatch of pack lists, invoices, and product literature to customers, dealers, and RSMs.
• Management of incoming customer service calls by either routing them to the correct person or handling them promptly and professionally. Show excellent customer service skills in all interactions.
• Production of sales reports on a regular basis for staff meetings and sales meetings, as well as any additional reports that may be necessary.
• Coordination of trade show logistics and provision of administrative support for RSM/Sales Department travel arrangements.
• Completion of data entry and logging for IFTA compliance purposes.
• Tracking and updating of warranty registrations for chassis and units, UCR, and dealer licenses.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting ideas and demonstrating initiative in areas under your control.
• Performance of other duties as assigned by management.
