Job Description
- This position is for an assessment project.
- Person should be a Telecom function expert/SME with 20 years experience in Telecom Industry Should have expert level knowledge of Telecom process, assets, business rules, industry best practices etc.
- In the role person will do a thorough assessment of client's telecom operation current process and find gaps & come up with improvement plan Person should have exposure of Servicenow as a user.
- Understand the tool features and how it can be used in telecom
