Job description :
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain high level of application availability in supported environments
- Pragmatically review the delivery pipeline, identify & implement improvements and work with stakeholders to effect change
- Research, design, and recommend complex infrastructure solutions to meet requirements
- Manage initial escalations for issues in supported environments
- Coordinate / execute application deployments in pre-production and production environments
- Work with associated Engineering and Development teams to troubleshoot issues
- Undertake root cause investigations with the support of concerned teams (e.g. Engineering, R&D etc...)
- Employ effective change management to all relevant changes
- Maintain effective DR provisions
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation in support of production services
- Contribute as a Technical Lead during major incidents
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Adhere to all corporate standards and procedures
