Description for Internal Candidates :
7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Develop accurate project planning and resources for the assigned projects
Experience with Agile is necessary
Demonstrated experience in defining and measuring team success via data-driven metrics & reporting
Must have strong REST API experience - Ability to document API specifications or previous experience and knowledge of working with tools such as Swagger
Understanding of common technological background such as mobile, Web Design and Micro Services
Communication skills and experience working with technical and business management teams.
Document user stories or project requirements.
Must have experience in analyzing all requirements for moving the application and database servers from an On-Prem environment over to Company's Azure Cloud environment
Communicate any blocker and dependency that may delay the projects
Ensure that the project is within a satisfactory financial target / budget
Adjust the program plan through change of control if any new requirement arises
Ensure that all task tracking system and documentation are up to date
Communicate with offshore for any project requirement and task that needs to be handled there
Experience of building and launching a new product or service from the ground up and / or experience with external facing production systems preferred.
