Job Title : Project manager II
Location : Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Duration : 6 months (Possible Extension)
Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities :
- WRICEF delivery and Management - Manage Technical Projects / WRICEFs using either Waterfall or Agile methodology including Project Reporting, Risk & Issue Management. Work with value stream / functional IT, Business, technical IT teams to finalize WRICEF scope, timeline and manage work to completion. Plan and execution Interface 1st runs. Manage / Resolve any WRICEF blockers / roadblock throughout lifecycle of the project.
- Environment Management - Ensure Environments are setup and ready for a project. Drive Service Requests to setup and work with technical teams to ensure environment setup correctly and on time.
- Production Technical Cutover (TCO) / BCO (Business check / out or cutover)- Manage teams through Production Cutovers by Building, Managing & Executing cutover plan.
- Sustain Turnover - Ensure Knowledge Transfer to Support resources for projects implemented into Production.
- Compliance - Ensures PM process adherence for tools, and processes are followed.
- Communication - provides timely and proper communication and change management to ensure new processes adoption and compliance. Escalates to senior leadership as needed when non compliances, or issues are not being solved in a timely manner.
- Taskforce participation and Administration - Actively participates in initiatives related to process improvement and implementations of new methodologies, controls, and tools
- Collaboration- effectively interacts with peers and other teams to provide improvements to current processes or to share best practices with team
- Subject Matter Expert - on methodology, project, and compliance topics to support and adapt to specific project needs
- Utilizes tools such as CDT, Solman, SAP to support various team throughout the project Lifecycle
- Works with functional, technical, and business teams to resolve any blockers. Supports Go-Live / Cutover activities when needed.
- Escalates to senior leadership as needed.
