We are looking for a UX Tester to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products that provide an exceptional user experience. As a UX Tester, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on usability tests for our web and mobile applications. You will also collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities :
Define test objectives, scenarios, and tasks based on user research and business requirements.
Recruit and schedule participants for usability tests, interviews, surveys, and other user feedback methods.
Conduct usability tests using various tools and methods, such as remote testing, moderated testing, eye tracking, card sorting, etc.
Analyze and synthesize test data and user feedback to identify usability issues, user behavior patterns, and user satisfaction levels.
Communicate test findings and recommendations to UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders using clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Follow up on the implementation of test recommendations and measure the impact of changes on user experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in UX testing and research.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a UX Tester, Usability Tester, User Researcher, or similar role.
Knowledge of UX testing tools and methods, such as UserTesting, Optimal workshop, Hotjar etc
Ability to design and conduct usability tests for web and mobile applications across different platforms and devices.
Ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using statistical methods and tools, such as Excel, SPSS, NVivo, etc.
Ability to communicate test results and recommendations effectively using written and visual formats, such as reports, presentations, dashboards, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
