Functional Responsibilities:
- Maintain, nurture and develop customer relationships.
- Interface with the customer’s governance team on steady state as well as potential projects.
- Manage the troubleshooting and communication to the customer on the status of major troubles.
- Responsible for maintaining the SLA requirements and to provide reporting to the customer’s governance team.
- Primary interface with the customer and Maintech management.
- Develop and manage small to medium sized projects for the customer.
- Manage the project toward the stated goal – utilize company reports to monitor projects for maximum profitability to the organization.
- Develop project documentation and forward billing information to accounting group.
- Act on behalf with carriers/third party vendors maintaining up to date LOAs/NDAs.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities to the Systems, Admin and Switchboard teams in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable regulations.
- Communicate company policies and plans to staff as required.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and provide quality services to customers/clients to enhance likelihood of future customer client awards.
Functional Qualifications:
- Associate degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred), or 4-6 years management experience in telecommunications field.
- Experience with direct customer support.
- Good writing skills –able to prepare professional documents.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, professional work habits.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
