This is a Full time job role for a Maintenance Specialist at Maintenance Boy Janitorial Service located Naples FL, The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of facilities.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Troubleshooting abilities for identifying and resolving maintenance issues
- Ability to work independently and remotely when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in janitorial services or facility maintenance is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
