Primary Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the Director in the accomplishment ofmaintenance and repair efforts district-wide.
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or GED Associate degree from an accredited college or university (desired)
Experience:
Secretarial
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to type 50 words per minute
Ability to keep accurate records
Working knowledge ofWord Perfect and Excel software as well as Microsoft Systems
Excellent communications writing skills
Good human relation skills ability to work well with others
Good telephone etiquette
