Job Title: CAD Drafter
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible start/end times available)
Compensation: $26-$29/hour
Primary Objective:
As a CAD Drafter, your main responsibility will be to create and modify detailed drawings, bills of material, and solid models for a range of products. You will ensure that all designs meet engineering standards and specifications, maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout the process.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced training in mechanical/electrical drafting/design.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience using SolidWorks in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in basic engineering calculations and a strong understanding of geometric tolerancing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with team members in-person and remotely.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes for greater efficiency.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire for continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
