Job Overview
I am seeking a dedicated and skilled . This is a part time 1099 position, paid daily. Generally working 5-hour shifts, 2 to 3 days per week. Attention to detail is a must. Daily tasks include, but not limited to: trash removal, vacuum common areas, clean elevators, window cleaning, cut grass, and etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and a diverse skill set in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to provide a safe and efficient environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Clean common areas inside building and exterior, including parking lot. Vacuum hallways and keep glass clean.
- Remove trash from property daily.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to manage time correctly.
- Experience in residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
