What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Office/Marketing Assistant position at Maintenance Inc?
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented P/T Office/Marketing Assistant to work for a small family-owned business!
Previous office assistant experience is a must and a creative marketing strategist is desired. Must have excellent computer knowledge (i.e. Windows, excel, word, emails, etc.), can easily pick up new software programs, know how to use office phones/cell phones & printer and can easily pick up how to use marketing software, such as Canva, MailChimp, etc.
Must have pleasant phone demeanor, be willing to learn and understand our phone script, and deal with different personality types. Customer service is key.
We are looking for an individual who is organized, pays attention to detail, and has excellent prioritizing skills. Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and positive disposition that can be flexible.
Can easily multi-task and handle multiple job responsibilities and tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
Must be able to work independently, be resourceful, and a self-starter!
Job duties to include, but not limited to:
-Handling and logging payments received by Clients
-Data Entry
-Emails
-Filing
-Customer Service and Telephone Etiquette
-Scheduling of appointments and jobs – based on location
-Process, edit and gather information accurately to execute correspondences as directed by Upper Management
-Corresponding and Communicating with all Vendors and Field Laborers
-Marketing work
We will require 3 professional references. Job location is in person and out office in Los Alamitos.
