The position of Maintenance and Grounds Foreman is done for the purpose/s of maintaining facilities for students, staff, and the public in safe operating condition; maintaining a preventative maintenance program; performing skilled maintenance; ensuring completion of projects in accordance with trade standards; performing minor to major maintenance including emergency repairs; providing information on the proper use of equipment; coordinating maintenance and grounds work; identifying repair and/or replacement needs; and assisting skilled trades. This position reports to the Director of Facilities and Construction.

Salary : $28 - $34
