Job Summary
We are currently looking for Outside Sales Executives, who have prior experience selling in the commercial service industry. We appreciate applicants who have prior outside business sales experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospecting and cold calling
- Develop sales leads
- New contract sales
- Meeting with potential customers
- Contract acquisition, development and closing the sale
- Participation in daily sales meetings
- Assist in creating and meeting sales goals
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a minimumof 2 years of sales experience
- Service industry experience preferred
- Experience prospecting, cold calling, securing appointments
- Possess a good track record in sales
Skills:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess confidence and drive to sell
- Ability to overcome objections and close the sale
- Self starter - ability to work independently
Other:
- Some in-state travel may be required
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last three years
