- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required

- Perform general maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field. Must be able to demonstrate some level of independent judgment in planning and accomplishing assignments.

Education and Training:
- High School Diploma
- 1-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
