What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Filter Technician position at MAINTENANCE?
Primary Purpose
Follow a preventive maintenance schedule of changing all air conditioning filters throughout the district. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.
Qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure
High school diploma or GED
Texas driver’s license and pass MVR driving record check - must meet eligibility requirements for CCISD motor vehicle insurance
Special Knowledge/Skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirement determined by supervisor
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a routine schedule of changing filters to ensure good air quality in all district facilities
- Be flexible with work schedule to respond to emergencies at night and on weekends when needed.

- Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
