IT Support Specialist - 3 month Contract - Onsite, Everett Washington - US Citizen Only, Must be ITAR Compliant
Summary:
Join a dynamic IT team as an IT Support Technician in a fast-paced corporate environment. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of corporate IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft environments, including workstation imaging and SCCM.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for end-user issues, printers, and AV systems.
- Experience with hardware lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding, upgrades).
- Comfortable managing 10–15 support tickets per day and maintaining IT inventory.
