Our large client is looking for a Marketing Specialist; you will play a key role in supporting campaign marketing programs and strategies. Focused on the post-download journey, strategic partnerships, and event marketing for global education events, you will help position the company as a trusted partner for students, educators, and influencers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive impactful campaigns, leveraging strategic partnerships to engage the education market. Your efforts will contribute to successful product deployment, onboarding, and management, with success measured by customer account setups and usage. Responsibilities : Support and manage strategic partner marketing relationships to drive measurable impact aligned with business goals. Oversee co-marketing partnership agreements and ensure engagement and commitment. Understand target audience needs and create relevant, impactful campaigns. Develop creative campaign concepts and collaborate with agencies to complete them. Deliver campaigns, assets, and playbooks to customer-facing teams for execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution. Achieve marketing success metrics (ROMI) and optimize strategies based on data. Minimum Qualifications : BA / BS degree in marketing, communications, or business administration. 8 years of experience developing global marketing campaigns. Proven ability to influence global, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Draftr, Marketo, Allocadia) and data analytics software. Strong written and oral communication skills for campaign briefs and presentations. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in a highly matrixed environment. Knowledge of the education market and products. Strong brand governance skills and relationship management experience. Ability to prioritize and navigate challenging conversations. Strategic thinker with concise communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt quickly and challenge the status quo. Exceptional PowerPoint skills and experience presenting to executives.
